Our Community
Established in 1985, Oakwood Community Association is home to 150 families who take pride in our beautiful neighborhood. Our tree-lined streets, well-maintained common areas, and friendly neighbors make Oakwood a wonderful place to live.
The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by homeowners. We’re committed to maintaining property values and fostering a strong sense of community.
Amenities
Community Pool
Our heated pool and sundeck are open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool passes are available to all residents.
Walking Trails
Over 2 miles of paved trails wind through our landscaped grounds — perfect for walking, jogging, or biking.
Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is available for resident events and private rent
