Our Community
Established in 1998, Oakwood Community Association is a 156-home neighborhood located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. Our tree-lined streets, well-maintained common areas, and active community make Oakwood a wonderful place to call home.
The association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by homeowners. We’re committed to maintaining property values, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring Oakwood remains a desirable place to live for years to come.
